Jewellery design
We can also commission any individual designs that you may have - ensuring a unique handmade item of the highest quality.
Jewellery repairs
These are carried out by our specialist workshops. They not only carry out jewellery repairs but can restore and remodel older/antique items.
Watch repairs
We can advise you on all watch repairs, from a routine service through to a complete restoration. With all work other than a service it is standard procedure to provide customers with a full written estimate after the watchmaker has inspected the timepiece. We stock an extensive range of quality leather and metal straps.
Cells (watch batteries)
Most watch batteries are fitted on the premises within a short time period (from ½ hour). Specialist, Divers and water resistant watches can be returned to the manufacturer for re-sealing and case testing if necessary (this takes about ten to fourteen working days).

Everything sold by Piggotts carries not only a manufacturer's guarantee but also our personal guarantee. Should a gift prove to be unsuitable, we would endeavour to exchange the item for something more appropriate or refund the sale.
If you are looking for an item that we don't stock, one of our independent suppliers will usually supply a selection of stock on approval for you to peruse with NO obligation to buy.
